Many small restaurant owners and managers provide food delivery as a way to increase their business. Rudy Interiano manages a pizza restaurant that delivers not just pizzas, but also various pasta dishes, salads, and other items. When customers receive food that has been spilled or tilted and cheese has run off the side of the pizza, the manager must remake the food item and redeliver it or give the customer a refund. These problems are not necessarily caused by an irresponsible delivery person, but are often caused by the pizza bag which is used to deliver the pizzas hot and ready to eat. Even after being very careful to keep the bag perfectly level all the way, food must be removed from the bag and handed to the customer using just one hand, and it is difficult to support a flimsy pizza box with one hand, especially when other items are stacked on top.
Being a creative problem solver, who does not like having to return hard-earned money to the customers, Mr. Interiano has developed a new kind of pizza delivery bag, which will eliminate these problems by making it easier to remove the food items and keep them braced so they do not tilt and spill. Mr. Interiano has teamed up for the development of this project with Idea Design Studio, and together they have used their collaborative experience to transform this idea into a marketable platform. The inventor passionately feels a sense of pride about this concept and believes that it deserves immediate attention. Because of the great market that exists for such a concept, he wholeheartedly believes in the positive impact its development and production will have on individuals and the market(s) to which it will be promoted.
